Reservation FAQs
Q: How far ahead can we reserve a date for our party?
A: Our calendar is open for party reservation up to a year ahead.
Q: What's the latest time frame we can reserve a date?
​A: Reservations must be done at least one week prior to your event date. Once our weekend play is booked, availability may not be guaranteed. Feel free to call or e-mail us for any queries.
Q: Can we also book for other events like Baby Showers or Gender Reveals?
A: Yes, absolutely! Our facility can be rented for any kind of celebration where you would need a play space for the children.
Q: What do we do after reserving a date online?
A: After your reservation, the next step is to sign the waiver. Our party coordinator will get in touch with you via e-mail within 48 hours to verify some information and start the planning.
Deposit / Service Charge / Gratuity
Q: How much is the deposit to reserve our date?
A: The deposit is $100
Q: Is the deposit non-refundable?
A: Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable no matter how far ahead your reservation date is. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
Q: What is your CANCELLATION policy?
A: We rely heavily on our parties and events to keep our facility running to high standards. Our cancellation policy is strict but necessary. Please review the policy carefully before booking.
Q: What if we have to cancel due to COVID?
A: If you or someone from your household has been exposed to or contracted COVID, we will waive the cancellation fee. Unfortunately, all same day cancellations or parties cancelled within 24 hours will still fall under the same policy where the full balance is due.
Miscellaneous FAQS
Q: What is your policy on food allergies?
A: If any of your guests have food allergies, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate accordingly. Please note that while we strive to maintain a safe and healthy environment, we can't guarantee that our facility is completely allergen-free.
Q: Is there a dress code for the party?
A: There is no specific dress code, but we recommend dressing comfortably for a fun-filled party. For safety reasons, we recommend avoiding wearing jewelry or accessories that could potentially be harmful during play.
Q: What are the available payment methods?
A: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers for the payment of party packages and add-ons. Please note that the deposit must be paid to secure your reservation.
Q: Is your facility wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible. If any of your guests require special accommodations, please let us know in advance so we can ensure their comfort and safety during the party.
Q: Do you provide parking?
A: Yes, we provide ample parking space for all your guests. However, we recommend carpooling or using a ride-hailing service if your party size is large, to minimize any parking inconveniences.
